Tuskers create havoc in Saptari, damage two houses

RAJBIRAJ: A herd of wild elephants that came from the Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve wrecked havoc in a village in the eastern part of the Saptari district on Sunday. According to Police Inspector Gaurav Mahat, the tuskers that came out of the Reserve in two groups damaged the houses belonging to Ganesh Poudel of Phattepur,
