KATHMANDU: The ruling CPN-UML discussed Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s China visit at the Standing Committee meeting on Sunday.
During the meeting held his morning, leaders urged PM Oli, who is also the Chairman of the party, to seal a concrete deal to import fuel from China during his visit to the northern neighbour.
The leaders also urged the Prime Minister to take up the matters of setting up of fuel storage centers at Khairenitar of Nuwakot and Panchkhal of Kavre with the Chinese side during his visit.
The leaders further urged the Prime Minister not to make unnecessary controversies regarding the appointment of justices at the Supreme Court.
