KATHMANDU, March 13: CPN-UML Secretary Pradip Kumar Gyawali on Saturday said that the government would not change.
Speaking at a programme organised by CPN-UML Gorkha-Kathmandu Liaison Forum here in the Capital, Gyawali said that the government has a majority and it would not topple at anyone’s wish.
He said that main opposition Nepali Congress and disgruntled Madhes-based political parties could join the government if they come forward with a sense of responsibility and the government would be transformed into the national unity government.
Saying that those hesitant to promulgate the constitution were trying to take ownership of the document, he underscored the need for all major political parties to unite to resolve existing political crisis and implement the constitution properly. RSS
